Isolate signal from procedural noise

Filings, notices, agendas and coverage become structured inputs only after a source-admissibility model has separated what a government body issued from what someone reported about it. Only admitted material reaches the models.

The analytical framework

Every input is classified before it is used. Material issued by a government body — an agency, a court, or an official office — is a source document. Independent reporting is a radar indicator, and is labelled as such wherever it appears in output.

Claim grading

A daily statewide sweep reads statutory notices, agency dockets, quorum-court and municipal agendas and press coverage. When a source produces nothing, the engine records an explicit null rather than silence, so a quiet source can be told apart from an unchecked one.

Findings that support quantitative work are carried into simulation and published with their distribution intact — fan charts, stated intervals, the seed and sample count on the artifact. Where the primary figure does not yet exist, the projection is withheld rather than estimated.

Each claim is graded: confirmed against a primary record, reported and labelled as reported, or open. A claim cannot be stored as confirmed without a pointer to the record that confirms it — the schema itself refuses.

Applied work

Quantifying public sector exposure

The cost of a proposed facility, a rate case or an appropriation is almost never stated in one place. The engine assembles it from the primary filings, shows which document each component came from, models the range rather than the midpoint, and states plainly what it does not know.

Where the record is incomplete, the output says so in the sentence itself. Hedged language is a design requirement, not a disclaimer at the bottom of the page.

What the Engine Generates

Three refusals

Our agentic architectures are subjected to continuous historical backtesting and stress scenarios. The mathematical outputs prove the resilience of our stochastic models.

A claim graded confirmed cannot be written without a reference to the record that confirms it. This is enforced by the database, not by the author.

Every report states when its sources were last checked and when its analysis was last validated. A source check is not a re-analysis, and the report is not allowed to imply otherwise.

After publication the engine fetches the public file and verifies it against what it intended to publish. If they disagree, the publication is refused rather than recorded as complete.
